It is essential to always remember that you are on
a journey.
But that consciousness isn't sufficient: The direction you take is very essential.
Most people keep wondering why they are always in a particular situation, state, or circumstance.
They keep wondering why they see a particular result/outcome all the time.
The truth is that every outcome is the very end product of a particular deposit of the same essence.
Where you are going is mostly driven by what you choose to pay attention to: What you give the entirety of your attention to, defines you and ultimately becomes your direction.
Whenever you make an analysis of the outcomes of your life, you will find out that they are actually the products of what you give your attention to.
Your actions and decisions can't be different from what you give the most of your attention to.
Sometimes, unconsciously and subconsciously, those things we give attention to build up within us and don't just control but become our thought patterns and we express them on the outside and hence become the direction we take.

Anytime you see someone who is always bitter, angry, sad, depressed and anything negative, that person has decided to pay attention to the wrong and negative things.
When you see someone always lively, happy, caring, loving and more, such a person's focus is on the positive.
If you give all your attention to God, your life will be driven by God.
If you give your attention to movies, they will become your direction: They will greatly influence your decisions. There are people who are currently paying for the consequences of living an acted movie as a reality.
If you give your attention to material things, you will always live your life chasing after them: The end will be a continuous dissatisfaction.
ASSIGNMENT
You have just one assignment today:
1. Take a pause
2. Identify what you pay attention to
3. Analyze whether or not it is leading you to where you desire to be or where it desires
4. Finally, decide whether to change that focus or keep building upon it.
