Every system has its point of commencement until it finally gets to its best functioning state. The process is not different for men. No man just becomes something or someone out of nowhere. There’s some work done in the background or behind the scenes. These processes or work engaged unto aligning and becoming what is set ahead of a man is called preparation. The grounds for preparation is the place where thorough and critical learning takes place. It is a place where certain things are cut off while others are embraced.
Preparations are required to make us fit and qualified for the next stage ahead of us. It is vital for us to note that wherever we find ourselves as a present stage in life is a place of preparation. We are not supposed to be just occupants of those places. We are to leave there improved positively for the journey ahead.

Whenever God gives a man the office of leadership, it is not the grounds for him to show superiority over the followers. Instead, it is a place for him to associate and work well with people and the principal thing therein is to learn and improve himself unto greatness.
Whatever small thing God commits into the hands of a man is meant for his preparation towards the greater days ahead. When you learn to manage and control the little, you can be trusted with more.
There could be times in a man’s life where there may seem to be some sort of isolation where it seems nobody cares: That could be your wilderness (place of preparation) and when you’re able to grow and mature through it, you can efficiently and successfully lead in the palace. It is not all rejections or unsuccessful missions that are out of place. As bad as they may look some are part of the processes unto becoming that which you are destined for.
A prepared man can cause an explosion into the fulfillment of his purpose with an opportunity granted him for a few minutes. Every man must go through that journey of wilderness experience to make them fit and very much qualified for the work at the palace.
